A statement of WE compability is a procedure, according to which a producer:

* displays a declaration on a blank given in Annex VI, testifying that the Individual Protection Articles data that was introduced on the market is accordant with decissions of this directive, with the aiming of submiting this declaration to proper authorities;

* gives each product a WE compability mark, which is expected to be on all IPAs, according to the article no. 13.
