WE mark consists of the letters "CE" and two last figures of the year in which the mark was received; in case defined in the article 10 when a unit notified in a testing WE type is included, an identity number of this unit should be added. A form of the mark is described in an Appendix IV.

A WE mark should be put on each AIP item and its wrapping, being clearly visible, readable and ineffaceable for all the time the article is used.

It is forbidden to put on AIP any marks or writing that could be mistaken for WE mark.
